I love turkeys. Maybe it's male bonding with Benjamin Franklin, who wanted the turkey to be our national bird. Maybe I'm just a North American super bird-patriot. Here is 2,000 years of turkey history from the gorgeous Ocellated to the critically endangered Bourbon Red. Folksy gobbler love.
